The leveling mount features lag bolt holes and is designed with a 3/4-10 x 8" stud, measuring 4.33" in base diameter and 9.663" in height, offering a load capacity of 7500 lbs. These leveling feet serve as simple and economically priced components. The static load rating of the feet is inherently limited by the acceptable load rating of the stud, with a tensile strength of 500/mm². The specified values are based on a straight compressive load that is perpendicular to the foot; however, factors such as bending and buckling stress, which are commonly encountered in actual applications, can reduce the load rating of the stud and must be accounted for. To determine the appropriate size of the leveling mount, one should divide the machine weight by the number of feet required, which will yield the load per leveling foot in pounds.
