It features a stainless steel body, a lighted master on/off toggle switch, and operates with two 500-watt band elements alongside an adjustable thermostat, maintaining toppings at the optimal temperature throughout the day. The kit includes two 1 oz ladles, a stainless steel vegetable jar, and a lid. This unit is suitable for various environments such as convenience stores, concession stands, vending carts, break rooms, restaurants, snack bars, ice cream shops, cafeterias, and more. It heats up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, making it ideal for nacho cheese, caramel, fudge, soups, sauces, chili, or other heated items. The Pro-Deluxe Warmer is ETL tested and approved to UL 197 and NSF-4 standards. It is important to note that this unit is not intended for butter use.
