The Paragon 2028C Pro-Deluxe Warmer features heated spout front controls and is designed to dispense directly from a #10 can or an optional stainless steel insert jar (part # 598120). It boasts a durable stainless steel body, a lighted master on/off toggle switch, and operates with a 500 watt band element equipped with an adjustable thermostat to maintain optimal topping temperatures throughout the day. This unit is capable of heating up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and is specifically suitable for products like nacho cheese, soft caramel, and fudge, making it ideal for convenience stores, concession stands, vending carts, break rooms, restaurants, snack bars, ice cream shops, cafeterias, and similar environments. The warmer is ETL tested and approved to UL 197 and NSF-4 standards; however, it is not intended for butter.
