The Honeywell flame amplifier R7852B1009 is designed for use with 7800 series and R7140 relay modules, offering flame failure response times of either 0.8 or 3.0 seconds and flame signal strength ranging from 0.0 to 5.0 VDC. It plugs into the 7800 relay module through a printed circuit board edge connector that is keyed for proper orientation, and includes flame signal test jacks for measuring amplifier flame signal voltage. Color-coded labels identify the flame detection type, and the dynamic self-check amplifier tests the detectors as well as all electronic components within the flame detection system. The 7800 series relay module locks out on safety shutdown in case of flame detection system failure. This kit is compatible with existing Honeywell flame detectors, which must be ordered separately.
