The Ceco hollow steel half glass door features a mortise preparation and is equipped with a Curriess hinge with glass. Constructed from 18-gauge hollow metal steel, the door measures 48" in width and 84" in height, and has a honeycomb core for added strength. It boasts a 3-hour fire rating and includes a mortise lock preparation, ensuring robust security. The thermal insulation U-factor is 0.41, and the door is non-handed, allowing flexibility in installation. The product comes with closer reinforcement and predetermined hinge locations from the top of the door at 4-7/8", 37-1/8", and 69-3/8". The lock preparation is located 40-5/16" from the top of the door. The actual glass size is 29" x 23", with a visible glass area of 28" x 22". It includes 1/4" clear wire glass with a safety film for enhanced safety.
