The Chemcor® lined under fume hood cabinets feature a unique, flame-coated thermoplastic liner that offers superior corrosion protection alongside the durability and fire protection of steel safety cabinets. Each cabinet comes with a 100% seamless liner covering all interior walls, ceiling, sump, inside doors, and shelves, effectively preventing rust and corrosion by eliminating rivets or fasteners that could risk seep-through chemicals. The non-porous surface resists staining and is easy to clean. These cabinets provide dual benefits for complete protection from harsh acids and corrosive chemicals while ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations. Available in three colors to complement laboratory environments—stainless steel-like silver, light neutral, or light blue—each cabinet includes one adjustable shelf and a 4"H x 3"D (102mm x 77mm) kickplate, accommodating undercounter or fume hood base use, with a range of widths available. The exterior features a specially formulated, baked-on powder coat paint that enhances durability against harsh chemicals. Justrite backs this quality with a ten-year warranty, and all cabinets are designed to meet OSHA and NFPA regulations, with most models also FM approved.
