The ChemCor® lined under fume hood cabinets feature a unique, flame-coated thermoplastic liner that provides superior corrosion protection while ensuring the durability and fire protection of steel safety cabinets. The cabinets include a 100% seamless liner covering all interior walls, ceiling, sump, inside doors, and shelves, eliminating exposure to rust and corrosion through the absence of rivets or fasteners. With a non-porous surface that resists staining and is easy to clean, these cabinets offer dual benefits for complete protection against harsh acids and corrosive chemicals. They come in three colors—stainless steel-like silver, light neutral, and popular light blue—and include one adjustable shelf, with kickplate dimensions of 4"H x 3"D (102mm x 77mm) for undercounter or fume hood base use, available in four different widths. The exterior is finished with a specially formulated, baked-on powder coat paint that enhances longevity and chemical resistance. Every cabinet is quality backed by Justrite's ten-year warranty and complies with OSHA and NFPA regulations, with most models being FM approved. Self-closing models also meet the International Fire Code and/or NFPA 1 Fire Code™. All heights include leg levelers installed and extended 5/8".
