The Justrite® 28681 2-1/2 gallon funnel for flammables is designed to facilitate the safe collection of liquids. This funnel features a drum fill vent equipped with a 6" (152mm) perforated brass flame arrester, ensuring that flammable vapors are contained with a threaded bung cap under normal storage conditions. In the event of high temperatures, a pressure relief valve activates to protect the drum and prevent explosion, while the flame arrester effectively prevents fire flashback. Additionally, the funnel provides vacuum relief, which allows hot contents to cool and protects against drum collapse. Constructed from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), this product includes a limited warranty of 1 year.
