The unique flame-coated thermoplastic liner of Justrite's Chemcor® lined acid safety cabinets offers superior corrosion protection, coupled with the fire resistance and durability provided by steel. It features a 100% seamless liner on all interior surfaces, including walls, ceiling, sump, inside doors, and shelves, which prevents rust and corrosion through the elimination of rivets or fasteners. The non-porous surface resists staining and is easy to clean. Designed for dual benefits, these cabinets provide complete protection from harsh acids and corrosive chemicals while ensuring fire protection and compliance with safety codes. Available in three colors—stainless steel-like silver, light neutral, and popular light blue—these cabinets come in standard sizes of 30, 45, and 60 gallons (114, 170, and 227L) as well as slimline, compac, countertop, undercounter, and piggyback styles. Each model features double-wall, 18-gauge (1mm) welded steel construction, a 2" (51mm) liquid-tight containment sump, dual vents, adjustable shelves, three-point stainless steel bullet self-latching doors with a U-Loc™ padlockable handle, and Haz-Alert™ reflective warning labels. The interior Chemcor® liner guarantees complete corrosion resistance. The cabinets include two user-placed labels: "Base" or reflective Haz-Alert™ "Acid," depending on the contents stored, and shelving adjusts on 3" (76mm) centers for versatile storage. The 30-gallon (110L) two-door models come with an additional polyethylene work tray that can be secured to the cabinet top. All cabinets are backed by a limited warranty of 10 years.
