The Justrite ChemCor® lined acid safety cabinets feature a unique flame-coated thermoplastic liner that provides superior corrosion protection, coupled with the durability and fire protection of steel safety cabinets. The cabinets have a 100% seamless liner covering all interior walls, ceiling, sump, inside doors, and shelves, which protects exposed surfaces from rust and corrosion, with a non-porous surface that resists staining and is easy to clean. Designed for dual benefits, these cabinets offer complete protection from harsh acids and corrosive chemicals while ensuring compliance with safety codes. Available in three colors—stainless steel-like silver, light neutral, or popular light blue—Justrite's cabinets come in standard sizes of 30, 45, and 60 gallons (114, 170, and 227L) as well as slimline, compact, countertop, undercounter, and piggyback styles. They feature double-wall, 18-gauge (1mm) welded steel construction, a 2" (51mm) liquid-tight containment sump, dual vents, adjustable shelves, and three-point stainless steel bullet self-latching doors with a U-Loc™ padlockable handle. Each cabinet includes two labels for user placement based on stored contents, with shelving adjustable on 3" (76mm) centers for versatile storage. The 30-gallon (110L) two-door models come with an extra polyethylene work tray that can be secured to the cabinet top, and all cabinets include a limited warranty of 10 years.
