The Justrite Chemcor® lined acid safety cabinets feature a unique, flame-coated thermoplastic liner that provides superior corrosion protection while ensuring the durability and fire safety inherent in steel safety cabinets. The 100% seamless liner covers all interior walls, ceilings, sumps, inside doors, and shelves, effectively guarding against rust and corrosion without the risk associated with rivets or fasteners. These cabinets offer dual benefits for harsh acids and corrosive chemicals, available in standard sizes of 30, 45, and 60 gallons (114, 170, and 227L), as well as slimline, compact, countertop, undercounter, and piggyback styles. Each model boasts double-wall, 18-gauge (1mm) welded steel construction, a 2" (51mm) liquid-tight containment sump, dual vents, adjustable shelves, and three-point stainless steel bullet self-latching doors with a U-Loc™ padlockable handle along with Haz-Alert™ reflective warning labels. The interior Chemcor® liner guarantees complete corrosion resistance and protection, and two labels are included for user placement, indicating whether the cabinet contains "Base" or "Acid." Shelving is adjustable on 3" (76mm) centers, and the 30-gallon (110L) 2-door models come with an extra polyethylene work tray for added convenience. Justrite offers a limited warranty of 10 years on these cabinets.
