The Chemcor® lined under fume hood cabinets feature a unique, flame-coated thermoplastic liner that provides superior corrosion protection and durability, along with fire protection in compliance with safety standards. The cabinets include a 100% seamless liner on all interior walls, ceilings, sumps, inside doors, and shelves, which prevents rust and corrosion by eliminating the need for rivets or fasteners. Non-porous surfaces resist staining and facilitate easy cleaning. Designed for dual benefits, these cabinets ensure complete protection from harsh acids and corrosive chemicals while maintaining regulatory compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and FM standards. Each cabinet comes with one adjustable shelf and a kickplate measuring 4"H x 3"D (102mm x 77mm) suitable for undercounter or fume hood base use, and they are available in three colors: stainless steel-like silver, light neutral, or light blue. The specially formulated, baked-on powder coat paint on the exterior enhances longevity and resistance to chemical deterioration. All cabinets include a ten-year warranty, with self-closing models also meeting the requirements of the International Fire Code and/or NFPA 1 Fire Code™. Note that all heights include leg levelers installed and extended 5/8".
