The Chemcor® lined under fume hood cabinets feature a unique, flame-coated thermoplastic liner that offers superior corrosion protection along with the durability and fire protection of steel safety cabinets. The cabinets include a 100% seamless liner on all interior walls, ceiling, sump, inside doors, and shelves, which protects surfaces from rust and corrosion while eliminating the need for rivets or fasteners that could risk corrosion from seep-through chemicals. The non-porous surface resists staining and is easy to clean. Designed for dual benefits, these cabinets provide complete protection from harsh acids and corrosive chemicals, along with compliance to safety codes. They are available in three colors: stainless steel-like silver, light neutral, and light blue. The cabinets have a kickplate measuring 4"H x 3"D (102mm x 77mm) and come in four different widths. Additionally, the specially formulated, baked-on powder coat paint on the cabinet exterior ensures long life and resistance to harsh chemicals. The product is quality-backed by Justrite's ten-year warranty and complies with OSHA and NFPA regulations, with most models being FM approved. Self-closing models also meet the International Fire Code and/or NFPA 1 Fire Code™.
