The unique, flame-coated thermoplastic liner of Justrite's Chemcor® lined acid safety cabinets provides superior corrosion protection while ensuring fire protection and durability with a steel construction. The cabinets feature a 100% seamless liner on all interior surfaces, including walls, ceiling, sump, inside doors, and shelves, which protects exposed surfaces from rust and corrosion. This seamless surface eliminates the need for rivets or fasteners that can corrode due to seep-through chemicals, while its non-porous nature resists staining and facilitates easy cleaning. Designed for dual benefits, these cabinets offer complete protection from harsh acids and corrosive chemicals alongside code compliance. They are available in standard sizes of 30, 45, and 60 gallons (114, 170, and 227L) and come in various styles, including slimline, compac, countertop, undercounter, and piggyback. All models are constructed with double-wall, 18-gauge (1mm) welded steel, feature a 2" (51mm) liquid-tight containment sump, dual vents, adjustable shelves, and three-point stainless steel bullet self-latching doors with a U-Loc™ padlockable handle, as well as Haz-Alert™ reflective warning labels. The Chemcor® liner ensures complete corrosion resistance, and each cabinet includes two labels for user placement depending on the contents stored. Shelving adjusts on 3" (76mm) centers for enhanced storage versatility, while the 30-gallon (110L) 2-door models include an extra polyethylene work tray that can be secured to the cabinet top for convenience. A limited warranty of 10 years is provided for these cabinets.
