The Chemcor® lined under fume hood cabinets feature a unique flame-coated thermoplastic liner that offers superior corrosion protection, combined with the fire protection and durability of steel safety cabinets. These cabinets include a 100% seamless liner on all interior walls, ceiling, sump, inside doors, and shelves to protect exposed surfaces from rust and corrosion, as the seam-free surface eliminates the need for rivets or fasteners that could corrode due to chemical seepage. The non-porous surface resists staining and is easy to clean. Designed for dual benefits and multi-use, the cabinets provide complete protection from harsh acids and corrosive chemicals, while ensuring compliance with fire safety codes. Available in three colors—stainless steel-like silver, light neutral, or popular light blue—the cabinets include one adjustable shelf and a kickplate measuring 4"H x 3"D (102mm x 77mm) for undercounter or fume hood base use. The cabinets come in four different widths and feature a specially formulated, baked-on powder coat paint for long life and enhanced resistance to deterioration from harsh chemicals. Justrite backs the quality of these cabinets with a ten-year warranty, and they meet OSHA and NFPA regulations, with most models also being FM approved. Self-closing models comply with the International Fire Code and/or NFPA 1 Fire Code™. All heights listed include the leg levelers installed and extended 5/8".
