The Chemcor® lined under fume hood cabinets feature a unique, flame-coated thermoplastic liner that provides superior corrosion protection alongside the fire protection and durability of steel safety cabinets. The interior boasts a 100% seamless liner on all walls, ceilings, sumps, inside doors, and shelves, effectively protecting exposed cabinet surfaces from rust and corrosion. This seamless design eliminates rivets or fasteners, thus preventing corrosion from chemical seepage. The non-porous surface resists staining and is easy to clean, making it ideal for laboratory environments. These cabinets are available in three color options: stainless steel-like silver, light neutral, or popular light blue. Each cabinet comes with one adjustable shelf and a kickplate measuring 4"H x 3"D (102mm x 77mm), suitable for undercounter or fume hood base use, and is offered in four different widths. The exterior of the cabinet features specially formulated, baked-on powder coat paint for enhanced durability against harsh chemicals. Justrite backs this product with a ten-year warranty, and all cabinets meet OSHA and NFPA regulations, with most models being FM approved. Self-closing versions further comply with the International Fire Code and/or NFPA 1 Fire Code™.
