The kit includes a unique, flame-coated thermoplastic liner that offers superior corrosion protection, combined with the fire protection and durability of steel safety cabinets. The 100% seamless liner on all interior walls, ceiling, sump, inside doors, and shelves protects exposed cabinet surfaces from rust and corrosion, while the seam-free surface eliminates the need for rivets or fasteners, which can risk corrosion from seep-through chemicals. The non-porous surface resists staining and cleans up easily. This design provides dual benefits by offering complete protection from harsh acids and corrosive chemicals alongside the durability, fire protection, and code compliance of Justrite's steel safety cabinets. The cabinets come in three colors to complement laboratory settings: stainless steel-like silver, light neutral, or light blue. The TOW kickplate dimensions are 4"H x 3"D, and all heights include leg levelers installed and extended 5/8". Chemcor® lined under fume hood cabinets feature one adjustable shelf and a kickplate for undercounter or fume hood base use, available in four different widths. The specially formulated, baked-on powder coat paint on the cabinet exterior provides long life and extra resistance to deterioration from harsh chemicals.
