The Justrite Chemcor® lined acid safety cabinets feature a unique, flame-coated thermoplastic liner that provides superior corrosion protection while ensuring fire safety and durability. The cabinets are designed with a 100% seamless liner on all interior walls, ceiling, sump, inside doors, and shelves, effectively preventing rust and corrosion while eliminating the need for rivets or fasteners. These cabinets offer dual benefits by protecting against harsh acids and corrosive chemicals along with compliance to fire safety codes. Available in standard sizes of 30, 45, and 60 gallons (114, 170, and 227L), and additional configurations such as slimline, compac, countertop, undercounter, and piggyback styles, all models feature double-wall, 18-gauge (1mm) welded steel construction, a 2" (51mm) liquid-tight containment sump, dual vents, adjustable shelves, and three-point stainless steel bullet self-latching doors with a U-Loc™ padlockable handle and Haz-Alert™ reflective warning labels. The Chemcor® liner provides complete corrosion resistance, and each cabinet includes two labels ("Base" or reflective Haz-Alert™ "Acid") for user placement according to the contents stored. The shelving is adjustable on 3" (76mm) centers for added storage versatility, and the 30-gallon (110L) 2-door models come with an extra polyethylene work tray that can be secured to the cabinet top. All cabinets are covered by a limited warranty of 10 years.
