The ChemCor® lined under fume hood cabinets incorporate a unique, flame-coated thermoplastic liner that provides superior corrosion protection, alongside the fire protection and durability of steel safety cabinets. These cabinets feature a 100% seamless liner on all interior surfaces, including walls, ceiling, sump, inside doors, and shelves, which prevents rust and corrosion while eliminating the need for rivets or fasteners that can allow seep-through chemicals. The non-porous surface is resistant to staining and facilitates easy cleanup. Designed for dual benefits, these cabinets offer complete protection from harsh acids and corrosive chemicals while ensuring durability and compliance with fire safety codes. They are available in three colors—stainless steel-like silver, light neutral, or popular light blue—and include an adjustable shelf along with a kickplate that measures 4"H x 3"D (102mm x 77mm). Note that all heights include leg levelers installed and extended 5/8". The specially formulated, baked-on powder coat paint used for the cabinet exterior enhances longevity and resistance to deterioration from harsh chemicals. Justrite backs the quality of these cabinets with a ten-year warranty. They meet OSHA and NFPA regulations, with many models being FM approved. Self-closing models further comply with the International Fire Code and/or NFPA 1 Fire Code™.
