The unique, flame-coated thermoplastic liner of Justrite's ChemCor® lined acid safety cabinets offers superior corrosion protection combined with fire protection and durability. The 100% seamless liner covers all interior walls, ceiling, sump, inside doors, and shelves, effectively protecting exposed cabinet surfaces from rust and corrosion. This seamless surface eliminates the need for rivets or fasteners, reducing the risk of corrosion from seep-through chemicals, while the non-porous surface resists staining and is easy to clean. The cabinets provide dual benefits for complete protection from harsh acids and corrosive chemicals, along with the durability and code compliance found in Justrite's steel safety cabinets. Available in three colors to complement laboratory settings—stainless steel-like silver, light neutral, or popular light blue—the toe kickplate dimensions measure 3-1/2"H x 2-1/2"D (89mm x 64mm), and the package includes a polyethylene cabinet-top work tray. Justrite's ChemCor® lined acid safety cabinets come in standard sizes of 30, 45, and 60 gallons (114, 170, and 227L) and are offered in slimline, compac, countertop, undercounter, and piggyback styles. All models feature double-wall, 18-gauge (1mm) welded steel construction, a 2" (51mm) liquid-tight containment sump, dual vents, adjustable shelves, three-point stainless steel bullet self-latching doors with U-Loc™ padlockable handle, and Haz-Alert™ reflective warning labels. The interior ChemCor® liner ensures complete corrosion resistance and protection. Each cabinet includes two labels for end-user placement: "base" or reflective Haz-Alert™ "acid," depending on the stored contents. Shelving adjusts on 3" (76mm) centers for storage versatility, while the 30-gallon (110L) 2-door models include an extra polyethylene work tray that can be secured to the cabinet top for a convenient work surface.
