The Chemcor® lined acid safety cabinets by Justrite feature a unique, flame-coated thermoplastic liner that offers superior corrosion protection while also providing fire protection and durability. The cabinets have a 100% seamless liner on all interior surfaces, including walls, ceiling, sump, inside doors, and shelves, which protects against rust and corrosion, eliminating the need for rivets or fasteners that could allow chemical seepage. These cabinets deliver dual benefits for complete protection against harsh acids and corrosive chemicals while maintaining compliance with fire safety codes. Available in standard sizes of 30, 45, and 60 gallons (114, 170, and 227L), as well as slimline, compact, countertop, undercounter, and piggyback styles, all models are constructed from double-wall, 18-gauge (1mm) welded steel. Key features include a 2" (51mm) liquid-tight containment sump, dual vents, adjustable shelves on 3" (76mm) centers, and three-point stainless steel bullet self-latching doors with a U-Loc™ padlockable handle. The interior Chemcor® liner ensures complete corrosion resistance, and each cabinet includes two labels for the end user to designate storage content as either "BASE" or reflective Haz-Alert™ "ACID." The 30-gallon (110L) 2-door models are equipped with an extra polyethylene work tray that can be secured on the cabinet top for added functionality. This product also includes a limited warranty of 10 years.
