The Chemcor® lined under fume hood cabinets feature a unique, flame-coated thermoplastic liner that offers superior corrosion protection while ensuring fire protection and durability, as provided by Justrite's steel safety cabinets. Each cabinet is equipped with a 100% seamless liner on all interior walls, ceilings, sump, inside doors, and shelves, effectively protecting exposed surfaces from rust and corrosion, while the non-porous surface resists staining and is easy to clean. These cabinets provide dual benefits, offering complete protection from harsh acids and corrosive chemicals, alongside the durability, fire protection, and code compliance associated with Justrite's products. They are available in three colors—stainless steel-like silver, light neutral, and popular light blue—and include a kickplate with dimensions of 4"H x 3"D (102mm x 77mm). Note that all heights encompass the installation and extension of leg levelers by 5/8". Each cabinet comes with one adjustable shelf and is available in four different widths. The exterior features a specially formulated, baked-on powder coat paint that ensures long life and extra resistance to deterioration from harsh chemicals. Justrite backs the quality of its cabinets with a ten-year warranty, and all cabinets comply with OSHA and NFPA regulations, with most models also being FM approved. Self-closing models further comply with the International Fire Code and/or NFPA 1 Fire Code™.
