The unique flame-coated thermoplastic liner offers superior corrosion protection, combined with the fire protection and durability of Justrite's steel safety cabinets. It features a 100% seamless liner on all interior walls, ceiling, sump, inside doors, and shelves, protecting exposed cabinet surfaces from rust and corrosion. This seam-free surface eliminates the need for rivets or fasteners, which can risk corrosion from seep-through chemicals, and the non-porous surface resists staining and is easy to clean. The cabinet provides complete protection from harsh acids and corrosive chemicals, while also offering durability, fire protection, and compliance with safety codes. Available in three colors to complement laboratory settings—stainless steel-like silver, light neutral, or popular light blue—the toe kickplate dimensions are 3-1/2"H x 2-1/2"D (89mm x 64mm). It includes a polyethylene cabinet-top work tray. Justrite's exclusive Chemcor® lined acid safety cabinets come in standard sizes of 30, 45, and 60 gallons (114, 170, and 227L), as well as slimline, compact, countertop, undercounter, and piggyback styles. All models are constructed with double-wall, 18-gauge (1mm) welded steel, feature a 2" (51mm) liquid-tight containment sump, dual vents, adjustable shelves, and three-point stainless steel bullet self-latching doors with a U-Loc™ padlockable handle, complemented by Haz-Alert™ reflective warning labels. The interior Chemcor® liner provides complete corrosion resistance and protection, and all Chemcor® lined safety cabinets include two labels for the user to place on the cabinet: "Base" or reflective Haz-Alert™ "Acid," depending on the contents stored. Shelving adjusts on 3" (76mm) centers for storage versatility, and the 30-gallon (110L) 2-door models include an extra polyethylene work tray that can be secured to the cabinet top for added convenience.
