The safety storage cabinet is designed for paints and inks, allowing for the separation and identification of Class III combustibles in high-performance environments. The cabinet includes multiple adjustable shelves that can accommodate various smaller paint cans, aerosols, and inks commonly found in printing, painting, furniture, and automotive operations. This wall mount style features a shallow depth suitable for organized storage of aerosol cans and other small containers and comes with mounting hardware, with the capacity to hold over 100 aerosol cans. It adheres to OSHA and NFPA standards, and is FM approved, while being backed by Justrite's ten-year warranty. The cabinet boasts double-wall construction with a 1-1/2" (38mm) insulating air space for fire resistance, constructed from 18-gauge (1mm) welded steel finished in tough, chemical-resistant, baked-on, lead-free powder paint. Additional features include easy close, self-latching doors for maximum fire protection, a three-point stainless steel bullet latch with a double key set for security, and Spillslope™ shelves that adjust on 3" (77mm) centers to catch incidental drips. The cabinet is equipped with a U-Loc™ padlockable handle, a leaktight 2" (51mm) sump for spills containment, and two 2" (51mm) vents with integral flame arresters. It also features trilingual Haz-Alert™ reflective labeling, leveling feet for balance on uneven surfaces, and a unique hidden closing mechanism that maximizes storage space while allowing doors to close automatically on self-close styles. Fusible links hold the doors open and melt at 165°F (74°C) to ensure they close shut under fire conditions. Please note that some states and municipalities may have regulations requiring self-closing doors for flammable safety cabinets; this cabinet has manual closing doors, so it is advisable to review local ordinances prior to purchasing.
