The Chemcor® lined under fume hood cabinets feature a unique, flame-coated thermoplastic liner that offers superior corrosion protection alongside the fire protection and durability of steel safety cabinets. Each cabinet has a 100% seamless liner on all interior walls, ceiling, sump, inside doors, and shelves to protect exposed surfaces from rust and corrosion, eliminating the need for rivets or fasteners that can corrode from chemicals. The non-porous surface resists staining and is easy to clean, providing dual benefits for complete protection from harsh acids and corrosive chemicals, while also maintaining code compliance. Available in three colors—stainless steel-like silver, light neutral, or popular light blue—these cabinets include one adjustable shelf and a 4"H x 3"D (102mm x 77mm) kickplate for undercounter or fume hood base use, and come in four different widths. The specially formulated, baked-on powder coat paint on the cabinet exterior ensures long life and extra resistance to deterioration from harsh chemicals. These cabinets are quality-backed by Justrite's ten-year warranty and meet OSHA and NFPA regulations, with most models also FM approved. Self-closing models comply with the International Fire Code and/or NFPA 1 Fire Code™.
