The unique, flame-coated thermoplastic liner of the cabinet offers superior corrosion protection, complemented by the fire protection and durability of steel safety cabinets. It features a 100% seamless liner on all interior walls, ceiling, sump, inside doors, and shelves, effectively protecting exposed surfaces from rust and corrosion. The seam-free surface eliminates the need for rivets or fasteners that could lead to corrosion from seep-through chemicals, while the non-porous surface resists staining and is easy to clean. The cabinet provides dual benefits for complete protection from harsh acids and corrosive chemicals, alongside the durability, fire protection, and code compliance associated with Justrite's steel safety cabinets. Available in three colors—stainless steel-like silver, light neutral, or popular light blue—the kickplate dimensions measure 4"H x 3"D (102mm x 77mm). The Chemcor® lined under fume hood cabinets are equipped with one adjustable shelf, a 4"H x 3"D kickplate for undercounter or fume hood base use, and come in four different widths. The specially formulated, baked-on powder coat paint on the cabinet exterior offers long life and extra resistance to deterioration from harsh chemicals. The cabinets are quality-backed by Justrite's ten-year warranty, meeting OSHA and NFPA regulations, with most models being FM approved. Self-closing models also comply with the International Fire Code and/or NFPA 1 Fire Code™.
