The Chemcor® lined acid safety cabinets from Justrite feature a unique, flame-coated thermoplastic liner that offers superior corrosion protection, alongside the fire protection and durability of steel safety cabinets. Each cabinet boasts a 100% seamless liner on all interior walls, ceilings, sumps, inside doors, and shelves, effectively safeguarding exposed surfaces from rust and corrosion while eliminating the need for rivets or fasteners that could lead to chemical seepage. Designed for dual benefits, these cabinets provide complete protection from harsh acids and corrosive chemicals, complemented by the durability and code compliance of steel construction. They are available in standard sizes of 30, 45, and 60 gallons (114, 170, and 227L), along with slimline, Compac, countertop, undercounter, and piggyback styles. All models include essential features such as double-wall, 18-gauge (1mm) welded steel construction, a 2" (51mm) liquid-tight containment sump, dual vents, adjustable shelves, three-point stainless steel bullet self-latching doors with a U-Loc™ padlockable handle, and Haz-Alert™ reflective warning labels. The interior Chemcor® liner ensures complete corrosion resistance, and each cabinet comes with two user-applied labels indicating "Base" or reflective Haz-Alert™ "Acid" based on content. Shelving is adjustable on 3" (76mm) centers for enhanced storage versatility, and the 30-gallon (110L) two-door models include an additional polyethylene work tray that can be secured to the cabinet top. The product is backed by a limited warranty of 10 years.
