The Chemcor® lined under fume hood cabinets feature a unique, flame-coated thermoplastic liner that offers superior corrosion protection along with the durability and fire protection of Justrite's steel safety cabinets. The cabinets include a 100% seamless liner on all interior walls, ceiling, sump, inside doors, and shelves, effectively protecting exposed surfaces from rust and corrosion, while the non-porous surface resists staining and facilitates easy cleaning. These cabinets provide dual benefits by ensuring complete protection from harsh acids and corrosive chemicals alongside compliance with safety codes. Available in three colors—stainless steel-like silver, light neutral, and popular light blue—the cabinets have dimensions that include a kickplate measuring 4"H x 3"D. Each unit has one adjustable shelf and comes in four different widths, with all heights including leg levelers installed and extended 5/8". The specially formulated, baked-on powder coat paint on the exterior adds longevity and extra resistance to deterioration from harsh chemicals. All cabinets are quality-backed by Justrite's ten-year warranty, comply with OSHA and NFPA regulations, and most are FM approved, with self-closing models also meeting the International Fire Code and/or NFPA 1 Fire Code™.
