The Justrite Chemcor® lined acid safety cabinets feature a unique, flame-coated thermoplastic liner that provides superior corrosion protection along with the durability and fire protection of steel safety cabinets. These cabinets are designed with a 100% seamless liner on all interior walls, ceilings, sumps, inside doors, and shelves, effectively protecting exposed surfaces from rust and corrosion, while the non-porous surface resists staining and allows for easy cleaning. Available in standard sizes of 30, 45, and 60-gallon (114, 170, and 227L), as well as slimline, Compac, countertop, undercounter, and piggyback styles, all models encompass quality features typically found in Justrite's flammable cabinets, including double-wall, 18-gauge (1mm) welded steel construction, a 2" (51mm) liquid-tight containment sump, dual vents, adjustable shelves, and three-point stainless steel bullet self-latching doors with a U-Loc™ padlockable handle. The interior Chemcor® liner provides complete corrosion resistance, and each cabinet comes with two labels for user placement, designating "Base" or reflective Haz-Alert™ "Acid" based on the contents. Shelving can be adjusted on 3" (76mm) centers for storage versatility, and the 30-gallon (110L) two-door models include an extra polyethylene work tray that can be secured to the cabinet top for additional workspace. This product includes a limited warranty of 10 years.
