The Justrite ChemCor® lined acid safety cabinets feature a unique, flame-coated thermoplastic liner that provides superior corrosion protection along with the durability and fire protection of steel safety cabinets. The cabinets are designed with a 100% seamless liner on all interior surfaces, including walls, ceiling, sump, inside doors, and shelves, which prevents rust and corrosion by eliminating the need for rivets or fasteners. With a non-porous surface that resists staining and is easy to clean, these cabinets offer dual benefits for complete protection from harsh acids and corrosive chemicals while ensuring code compliance. Available in three colors—stainless steel-like silver, light neutral, and popular light blue—the cabinets come in standard sizes of 30, 45, and 60 gallons (114, 170, and 227L), as well as various styles including slimline, compact, countertop, undercounter, and piggyback options. All models are constructed from double-wall, 18-gauge (1mm) welded steel and are equipped with a 2" (51mm) liquid-tight containment sump, dual vents, adjustable shelves, three-point stainless steel bullet self-latching doors with a U-Loc™ padlockable handle, and Haz-Alert™ reflective warning labels. The interior ChemCor® liner ensures complete corrosion resistance, and each cabinet includes two labels for user placement indicating the cabinet's contents. Shelving adjusts on 3" (76mm) centers for versatile storage, and 30-gallon (110L) 2-door models include an extra polyethylene work tray that can be secured to the cabinet top for additional workspace. The cabinets come with a limited warranty of 10 years.
