The Justrite 168 aerosol cans, 2 door, manual, wall mount, paint and ink cabinet measures 43"W x 12"D x 44"H and is finished in a red color, providing safe storage for paints and inks. Designed to separate and identify Class III combustibles, this high-performance safety storage cabinet features multiple adjustable shelves that accommodate smaller paint cans, aerosols, and inks commonly used in printing, painting, furniture, and automotive operations. The wall mount style has a shallow depth for organized storage and includes mounting hardware, holding over 100 aerosol cans. The cabinet is OSHA and NFPA compliant and comes with a ten-year warranty. Constructed with double-wall design, it has a 1-1/2" (38mm) insulating air space for fire resistance and is made from 18-gauge (1mm) welded steel, coated with tough, chemical-resistant, baked-on, lead-free powder paint. Its easy-close, self-latching doors provide maximum fire protection, while a three-point stainless steel bullet latch with a double key set ensures security. The SpillSlope™ shelves catch incidental drips and adjust on 3" (77mm) centers, and a U-Loc™ padlockable handle adds further security. The cabinet features a leaktight 2" (51mm) sump to contain spills and two 2" (51mm) vents with integral flame arresters. Trilingual Haz-Alert™ reflective labeling enhances visibility, and leveling feet are included for balance on uneven surfaces. A unique hidden closing mechanism maximizes storage space and automatically closes doors on self-close models, while fusible links hold doors open and melt at 165°F (74°C) to ensure they close under fire conditions. This cabinet has manual closing doors, so it is advisable to review local ordinances as some states and municipalities may require self-closing doors on flammable safety cabinets.
