The unique, flame-coated thermoplastic liner offers superior corrosion protection while providing the fire protection and durability of steel safety cabinets. The 100% seamless liner covers all interior walls, ceilings, sumps, inside doors, and shelves, protecting exposed cabinet surfaces from rust and corrosion without the risk of seep-through chemicals associated with rivets or fasteners. This non-porous surface resists staining and is easy to clean. Justrite's ChemCor® lined acid safety cabinets deliver dual benefits, providing complete protection from harsh acids and corrosive chemicals, as well as durability, fire protection, and code compliance. Available in three colors—stainless steel-like silver, light neutral, or light blue—the cabinets come in standard sizes of 30, 45, and 60 gallons (114, 170, and 227L), along with slimline, compac, countertop, undercounter, and piggyback styles. All models feature double-wall, 18-gauge (1mm) welded steel construction, a 2" (51mm) liquid-tight containment sump, dual vents, adjustable shelves, three-point stainless steel bullet self-latching doors with a U-Loc™ padlockable handle, and Haz-Alert™ reflective warning labels. The interior ChemCor® liner ensures complete corrosion resistance and protection. Each cabinet includes two labels for user placement: "Base" or reflective Haz-Alert™ "Acid," based on stored contents. Shelving adjusts on 3" (76mm) centers for storage versatility, and the 30-gallon (110L) 2-door models are equipped with an extra polyethylene work tray that can be secured to the cabinet top for a convenient work surface. The product includes a limited warranty of 10 years.
