The unique, flame-coated thermoplastic liner of the ChemCor® lined under fume hood cabinets offers superior corrosion protection, combined with the fire protection and durability of Justrite's steel safety cabinets. The 100% seamless liner on all interior walls, ceiling, sump, inside doors, and shelves protects exposed cabinet surfaces from rust and corrosion, while the seam-free surface eliminates the need for rivets or fasteners that can risk corrosion from seep-through chemicals. The non-porous surface resists staining and is easy to clean. These cabinets provide dual benefits for complete protection from harsh acids and corrosive chemicals, as well as the durability, fire protection, and code compliance required in laboratory settings. Available in three colors to complement laboratory environments — stainless steel-like silver, light neutral, and popular light blue — the cabinets feature a 4"H x 3"D (102mm x 77mm) kickplate for undercounter or fume hood base use and come in four different widths. They include one adjustable shelf and the cabinet exterior is coated with a specially formulated, baked-on powder coat paint for long life and extra resistance to deterioration from harsh chemicals. Justrite’s cabinets are quality-backed with a ten-year warranty, meeting OSHA and NFPA regulations, with most being FM approved. Self-closing models also comply with the International Fire Code and/or NFPA 1 Fire Code™. Note that all heights include the leg levelers installed and extended 5/8".
