Justrite's steel cabinets for corrosives are available in standard sizes of 30, 45, and 60 gallons (114, 170, and 227 liters), as well as in compact, countertop, undercounter, and piggyback styles. All models feature double-wall construction, dual vents, grounding wire connections, adjustable shelves, leakproof sills, three-point self-latching doors, and leveling feet. To withstand aggressive chemicals, these acid cabinets include polyethylene trays that rest on top of galvanized steel shelves and a removable polyethylene liner for the bottom sump, facilitating easy cleaning of spills. The popular 30-gallon (114L) two-door cabinet also comes with an additional polyethylene top work tray that can be securely attached to the cabinet for a convenient workspace. The cabinets are finished with an all-epoxy, baked-on powder coat inside and out, enhancing chemical resistance with paint specifically formulated to endure acids, bases, and solvents commonly found in laboratories. They include a limited warranty of 10 years.
