The Justrite Chemcor® lined acid safety cabinets feature a unique, flame-coated thermoplastic liner that provides superior corrosion protection along with the fire protection and durability inherent to steel safety cabinets. The 100% seamless liner covers all interior walls, ceilings, sumps, inside doors, and shelves, effectively protecting exposed cabinet surfaces from rust and corrosion while eliminating the need for rivets or fasteners that could promote corrosion due to chemical seepage. This non-porous surface resists staining and is easy to clean. These cabinets offer dual benefits: complete protection from harsh acids and corrosive chemicals alongside the durability, fire protection, and compliance with relevant codes found in Justrite's steel safety cabinets. Available in standard sizes of 30, 45, and 60 gallons (114, 170, and 227 liters), as well as slimline, compac, countertop, undercounter, and piggyback styles, all models are constructed with double-wall, 18-gauge (1mm) welded steel, a 2" (51mm) liquid-tight containment sump, dual vents, adjustable shelves, and three-point stainless steel bullet self-latching doors featuring a U-Loc™ padlockable handle and Haz-Alert™ reflective warning labels. The interior Chemcor® liner ensures complete corrosion resistance. Each cabinet includes two user-applied labels: "Base" or reflective Haz-Alert™ "Acid," depending on the contents stored. Shelving is adjustable on 3" (76mm) centers for added versatility, and the 30-gallon (110L) 2-door models come with an extra polyethylene work tray that can be secured to the cabinet top for convenient workspace. The product includes a limited warranty of 10 years.
