Justrite's steel cabinets for corrosives are available in standard sizes of 30, 45, and 60 gallons (114, 170 & 227L), along with compact, countertop, undercounter, and piggyback styles. All models feature double-wall construction, dual vents, grounding wire connections, adjustable shelves, leakproof sills, three-point self-latching doors, and leveling feet, sharing the same quality attributes as Justrite's flammable cabinets. To withstand aggressive chemicals, acid cabinets are equipped with polyethylene trays that fit atop galvanized steel shelves, along with a removable polyethylene liner for the bottom sump to facilitate easy cleaning of spills. The 30-gallon (114L) two-door cabinet includes an additional polyethylene top work tray that can be secured for use as a work surface. Each cabinet is finished with a durable all-epoxy, baked-on powder coat, enhancing chemical resistance, with paint specifically formulated to resist acids, bases, and solvents commonly found in laboratory settings. The product comes with a limited warranty of 10 years.
