The Justrite Chemcor® lined acid safety cabinets feature a unique, flame-coated thermoplastic liner that provides superior corrosion protection while ensuring fire protection and durability through steel construction. The cabinets are designed with a 100% seamless liner on all interior walls, ceiling, sump, inside doors, and shelves to prevent rust and corrosion, eliminating rivets or fasteners that could allow chemical seep-through. They come in standard sizes of 30, 45, and 60 gallons (114, 170, and 227L) and are also available in slimline, Compac, countertop, undercounter, and piggyback styles. Each model boasts double-wall, 18-gauge (1mm) welded steel construction, a 2" (51mm) liquid-tight containment sump, dual vents, adjustable shelves, and three-point stainless steel bullet self-latching doors with a U-Loc™ padlockable handle. The interior Chemcor® liner ensures complete corrosion resistance, and all cabinets include two user-placed labels: "Base" or reflective Haz-Alert™ "Acid" depending on the stored contents. Shelving is adjustable on 3" (76mm) centers for storage versatility, while the 30-gallon (110L) 2-door models feature an extra polyethylene work tray that can be secured to the cabinet top. The product comes with a limited warranty of 10 years.
