Justrite's steel cabinets for corrosives are available in standard sizes of 30, 45, and 60 gallons (114, 170, and 227 liters), along with compact, countertop, undercounter, and piggyback styles. All models feature double-wall construction, dual vents, grounding wire connections, adjustable shelves, leakproof sills, three-point self-latching doors, and leveling feet. To withstand aggressive chemicals, acid cabinets include polyethylene trays that rest on top of galvanized steel shelves, as well as a separate polyethylene liner for the bottom sump, which can be easily removed for cleaning drips and leaks. The popular 30-gallon (114L) two-door cabinet comes with an additional polyethylene top work tray that can be secured to the cabinet top for a convenient work surface. An all-epoxy, baked-on powder coat finish, both inside and out, enhances chemical resistance, with paint specifically formulated to resist acids, bases, and solvents commonly used in laboratories. The product includes a limited warranty of 10 years.
