The Justrite ChemCor® lined acid safety cabinets are designed for superior corrosion protection and fire safety, featuring a unique, flame-coated thermoplastic liner that ensures a 100% seamless surface on all interior walls, ceiling, sump, inside doors, and shelves to prevent rust and corrosion. These cabinets are available in standard sizes of 30, 45, and 60 gallons (114, 170, and 227L), along with various styles including slimline, Compac, countertop, undercounter, and piggyback. Each model boasts double-wall, 18-gauge (1mm) welded steel construction, a 2" (51mm) liquid-tight containment sump, dual vents, adjustable shelves, and three-point stainless steel bullet self-latching doors equipped with a U-Loc™ padlockable handle and Haz-Alert™ reflective warning labels. The interior features a ChemCor® liner for complete corrosion resistance, and all cabinets come with two user-placed labels: "base" or the reflective Haz-Alert™ "acid," depending on the contents stored. The shelving system allows for adjustments on 3" (76mm) centers, providing versatile storage options. The 30-gallon (110L) two-door models include an extra polyethylene work tray that can be secured to the cabinet top for an additional work surface. This product is backed by a limited warranty of 10 years.
