Justrite's steel cabinets for corrosives are available in standard sizes of 30, 45, and 60 gallons (114, 170, and 227 liters) as well as in compact, countertop, undercounter, and piggyback styles. All models feature double-wall construction, dual vents, grounding wire connections, adjustable shelves, leakproof sills, three-point self-latching doors, and leveling feet, ensuring durability and safety. To withstand aggressive chemicals, the acid cabinets include polyethylene trays that rest on galvanized steel shelves and a removable polyethylene liner for the bottom sump, facilitating easy cleaning of spills. The 30-gallon (114L) two-door cabinet also comes with an additional polyethylene top work tray that can be secured for convenient workspace. Additionally, a baked-on epoxy powder coat finish enhances chemical resistance, with paint specifically formulated to resist acids, bases, and solvents frequently encountered in laboratory environments. This product includes a limited warranty of 10 years.
