Justrite's steel cabinets for corrosives are available in standard sizes of 30, 45, and 60-gallon (114, 170 & 227L) as well as in compact, countertop, undercounter, and piggyback styles. All models feature double-wall construction, dual vents, grounding wire connections, adjustable shelves, leakproof sills, three-point self-latching doors, and leveling feet. Designed to withstand aggressive chemicals, these acid cabinets come with polyethylene trays that rest on galvanized steel shelves, along with a separate removable polyethylene liner for the bottom sump to facilitate easy cleaning of spills. The 30-gallon (114L) two-door cabinet includes an additional polyethylene top work tray that can be secured to the cabinet top for an extra work surface. The cabinets are finished with an all-epoxy, baked-on powder coat that enhances chemical resistance, with paint specially formulated to resist acids, bases, and solvents commonly found in laboratories. The product includes a limited warranty of 10 years.
