The unique, flame-coated thermoplastic liner of Justrite's Chemcor® lined acid safety cabinets offers superior corrosion protection, combined with the fire protection and durability of steel safety cabinets. The 100% seamless liner covers all interior walls, ceiling, sump, inside doors, and shelves, protecting exposed cabinet surfaces from rust and corrosion, while the seam-free surface eliminates the need for rivets or fasteners that can corrode from seep-through chemicals. The non-porous surface resists staining and facilitates easy cleaning. These cabinets provide dual benefits, offering complete protection from harsh acids and corrosive chemicals as well as fire protection and code compliance. Available in standard sizes of 30, 45, and 60 gallons (114, 170, and 227L), as well as slimline, Compac, countertop, undercounter, and piggyback styles, all models feature double-wall, 18-gauge (1mm) welded steel construction, a 2" (51mm) liquid-tight containment sump, dual vents, adjustable shelves, three-point stainless steel bullet self-latching doors with a U-Loc™ padlockable handle, and Haz-Alert™ reflective warning labels. The interior Chemcor® liner ensures complete corrosion resistance. Each cabinet includes two labels for user placement: "Base" or reflective Haz-Alert™ "Acid," based on the contents stored. Shelving adjusts on 3" (76mm) centers for storage versatility, and 30-gallon (110L) 2-door models include an extra polyethylene work tray that can be secured to the cabinet top for use as a handy work surface. The cabinets come with a limited warranty of 10 years.
