The Velox Guard Machine Enclosure Panel measures 10 inches wide by 5 feet 6 inches high and features welded wire mesh modular panels reinforced with in-line folded flutes for rigidity. The wire mesh is made of 2 x 2 8-gauge welded steel wire mesh, and panels, doors, and line posts are painted with one coat of high-quality polyurethane paint, with yellow posts and black panels. The panels can be trimmed in the field to accommodate dimensional changes, floor or wall irregularities, custom conveyor or lift systems, and overhead obstructions. They can be attached to posts at angles other than 90 degrees for greater guarding flexibility, allowing more efficient use of space. The patented hook design enables fast and easy installation, with separate hooks that slip onto 2-1/2 inch square posts and lock securely; the posts are anchored to the floor with 3/8 inch thick pads. Stock panels are manufactured for 6-foot and 8-foot heights, while 7-foot heights are achieved by stacking panels using special welded connectors. Each panel has connectors that engage slots punched into the vertical line posts. Necessary hardware, including masonry lag bolts for installation, is included. The product is backed by a 1-year limited warranty. Sketches and drawings can be submitted to the manufacturer for assistance in selecting the correct sizes to configure desired room dimensions.
