Velox Guard machine enclosure panel measures 1 foot 10 inches wide by 5 feet 6 inches high. The Wireway Husky Velox Guard machine enclosures offer essential protection that is both attractive and versatile. The Matrix Guard panels can be trimmed in the field to adapt to changes in dimensions, floor or wall irregularities, custom conveyor or lift systems, and overhead piping or obstructions. The panels can be affixed to posts at angles other than 90 degrees, providing added flexibility in the configuration of your guarding, which allows for a more efficient use of space. The patented hook design facilitates fast and easy installation, featuring separate hooks that easily slip onto 2-1/2 inch square posts and lock securely. The post is anchored to the floor using 3/8 inch thick pads. Stock panels are available to accommodate heights of 6 feet and 8 feet, while panels for 7 feet high are installed by stacking one panel over another with special welded connectors on each panel. Each panel is equipped with connectors to vertical framing members that engage slots punched in the line posts. The welded wire mesh modular panels are reinforced with in-line folded flutes for added rigidity, made from 2x2 inch 8-gauge welded steel wire mesh. Both panels, doors, and line posts receive one coat of high-quality polyurethane paint (yellow for posts and black for panels). Necessary hardware, including masonry lag bolts required for installation, is included. The product comes with a 1-year limited warranty, and sketches and drawings can be submitted for manufacturer assistance in determining the correct sizes to achieve the desired room dimensions.
