The Velox Guard machine enclosure panel measures 2' 10" wide by 5' 6" high and features a 2x2 8-gauge welded steel wire mesh construction reinforced with in-line folded flutes for rigidity. The kit includes panels, doors, and 2-1/2" square posts that attach securely using a patented hook design with separate hooks that slip onto the posts, which are anchored to the floor with 3/8" thick pads. Panels can be field trimmed to accommodate dimensional changes, floor or wall irregularities, custom conveyor or lift systems, and overhead piping or obstructions, and can be attached at angles other than 90 degrees for greater versatility. Stock panels accommodate 6 ft. and 8 ft. heights, while 7 ft. heights are achieved by stacking panels with special welded connectors. All components are painted with one coat of high-quality polyurethane paint—yellow for the posts and black for the panels. Necessary hardware, including masonry lag bolts required for installation, is included. The manufacturer offers assistance with sketches and drawings to help select the correct sizes for desired room configurations. The product comes with a one-year limited warranty.
