The Velox Guard machine enclosure panel measures 5' 10" wide by 5' 6" high and is part of the Wireway Husky Velox Guard series designed to provide versatile and affordable protection. These panels can be trimmed in the field to fit varying dimensions, floor or wall irregularities, custom conveyor or lift systems, and overhead obstructions, and they can be attached to posts at angles other than 90 degrees for flexible guarding configurations that optimize space. Featuring a patented hook design for fast installation, the panels slip onto 2-1/2" square posts and lock securely, with posts anchored to the floor using 3/8" thick pads. Stock panels accommodate heights of 6 ft and 8 ft, with 7 ft panels installed by stacking one panel over another using special welded connectors on each panel. Each panel connects to vertical framing members that engage slots punched in the line posts. The welded wire mesh modular panels include in-line folded flutes for rigidity, constructed from 2" x 2" 8-gauge welded steel wire mesh. Panels, doors, and line posts are coated with one coat of high-quality polyurethane paint, yellow for posts and black for panels. Installation hardware such as masonry lag bolts is included, and the product comes with a one-year limited warranty. Manufacturer assistance for sizing and configuration is available through submission of sketches and drawings.
