The Velox Guard machine enclosure panel measures 6' wide by 5' 6" high and features a wireway design. Husky Velox Guard machine enclosures offer versatile and affordable protection, with panels that can be trimmed in the field to accommodate changes in dimensions, floor or wall irregularities, custom conveyor or lift systems, and overhead piping or obstructions. The panels attach to 2-1/2" square posts using a patented hook design that allows for attachment at angles other than 90 degrees for efficient space use; the hooks slip onto posts and lock securely, with posts anchored to the floor using 3/8" thick pads. Standard stock panels accommodate heights of 6 ft. and 8 ft., while 7 ft. high panels are installed by stacking one panel over another using special welded connectors. Each panel includes connectors engaging slots punched in the vertical line posts. The modular panels are made of 2" x 2" 8-gauge welded steel wire mesh, reinforced with in-line folded flutes for rigidity. Panels, doors, and line posts receive one coat of high-quality polyurethane paint, with yellow posts and black panels. Necessary hardware, including masonry lag bolts for installation, is included. The product comes with a 1 year limited warranty. Manufacturer assistance is available for sizing and room configuration through submission of sketches and drawings.
