The Velox Guard machine enclosure panel measures 7' wide by 10" deep by 5' 6" high and is part of the Wireway Husky Velox Guard system, designed to provide versatile and affordable protection with panels that can be trimmed in the field to accommodate changes in dimensions, floor or wall irregularities, custom conveyor or lift systems, and overhead piping or obstructions. These panels can be attached to 2-1/2" square posts at angles other than 90 degrees using a patented hook design that allows fast and easy installation; the posts are anchored to the floor with 3/8" thick pads. Stock panels are available for 6 ft. and 8 ft. heights, while 7 ft. high configurations are achieved by stacking panels using special welded connectors that engage slots punched in the line posts for vertical framing attachment. The modular panels are welded wire mesh made of 2" x 2" 8-gauge welded steel wire mesh, reinforced with in-line folded flutes for added rigidity. Panels, doors, and posts are coated with one coat of high-quality polyurethane paint in yellow for posts and black for panels. The package includes all necessary hardware such as masonry lag bolts required for installation and is backed by a one-year limited warranty. Sketches and drawings can be submitted to the manufacturer for assistance in selecting the correct sizes to configure desired room dimensions.
