The Start International ZCM1000 electronic tape dispenser automatically cuts and advances predefined tape lengths, making it suitable for medium to high production of repetitive taping in industrial applications. It offers preset lengths ranging from 51/64" to 39" (20mm to 999mm), which can be overridden for custom cuts before returning to the auto feed settings. The feed roller pressure is adjustable to accommodate different tape thicknesses, while the guillotined cut ensures a straight edge on the dispensed tape. The estimated blade life is around 200,000 cuts, depending on the tape material used, with a cut length tolerance of 0.04" (1mm). This dispenser is designed to work with most tapes up to 2" wide, featuring digital length adjustment, a width capacity of 0.28" - 2" (7-50mm), a maximum outside roll diameter of 7" (178mm), and comes with a 3-in-1 core holder (1", 1.4", 3"). Constructed with a steel frame, it promises durability for industrial environments.
