The Start International ZCM1000E electronic tape dispenser is designed for dispensing two rolls of tape automatically, efficiently cutting and advancing predefined tape lengths, making it suitable for medium to high production of repetitive taping in industrial applications. It features a modified cutting head with dual photo sensors that enable simultaneous cutting from two rolls. The preset lengths range from 51/64" to 39" (20mm to 999mm) and can be overridden for custom cuts before returning to the auto feed settings. The feed roller pressure can be adjusted based on the tape thickness, and it employs a guillotined cut for a straight edge finish. The estimated blade life is 200,000 cuts, contingent upon the tape material used, with a cut length tolerance of 0.04" (1mm). It accommodates tape widths from 0.28" to 2" (7mm to 50mm) and supports an outside roll diameter of up to 7" (178mm). The kit includes a 3-in-1 core holder compatible with 1", 1.4", and 3" cores, all housed within a durable steel frame.
